Terms of Use
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AEXI platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, wallet holders, and API consumers.
AEXI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not located in, a citizen of, or resident of any jurisdiction where digital asset transactions are prohibited or restricted by law, and that you are not listed on any sanctions list (including OFAC SDN, EU, or UN lists).
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. AEXI makes no representation that the Platform is available or lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. The Services
AEXI is a non-custodial aggregator that provides the following services:
- Swap & Bridge: AI-powered routing that finds the cheapest and fastest path for token swaps and cross-chain bridges across 80+ networks and 7,000+ tokens. Supported networks include Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, Optimism, Avalanche, Tron, and more.
- Stablecoin Exchange: Convert USDT and USDC across multiple blockchains. AEXI finds the best route through CEX or DEX liquidity and provides a payment address and QR code. All Stablecoin Exchange deposits are subject to AML screening via amlbot.com. See the AML/KYC Policy for details.
- Recipient Wallet: Send swapped tokens directly to any wallet address, not just the connected one, to keep wallet activity separate.
- Status tracking: Real-time monitoring of swap, bridge, and exchange transactions, including block confirmations and merchant confirmation steps.
AEXI does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point. All transactions are executed directly from your wallet via smart contracts or through third-party liquidity providers.
4. Non-Custodial Nature & Your Wallet
Your digital assets always remain under your control. AEXI never has access to your private keys, seed phrase, or mnemonic. Connecting a wallet only allows the Platform to read your public address and request transaction signatures from you.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials.
- If you lose access to your wallet, AEXI cannot recover your funds.
- You may connect and disconnect your wallet at any time.
- Ownership of the digital assets in your wallet remains with you at all times; it does not transfer to AEXI.
- AEXI is not a custodian, broker, financial advisor, or exchange. It is a routing and aggregation tool.
5. User Responsibilities
- Verify all wallet addresses and token contract addresses before confirming any transaction.
- Understand the risks of cross-chain swaps, bridges, and price slippage before trading.
- For Stablecoin Exchange: ensure your deposit wallet has an AML risk score of 50% or lower, verified through amlbot.com. You must conduct an AML check no later than three (3) minutes before payment. Each check is individual, even for the same wallet. See the AML/KYC Policy for full details.
- Send the exact amount of the selected token when making a Stablecoin Exchange payment. Underpayments are recalculated proportionally; wrong tokens are not auto-confirmed.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- AEXI does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional where needed.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or fraud.
- Transacting with funds derived from illegal activity or wallets associated with high AML risk.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Platform, its smart contracts, or infrastructure.
- Launching denial-of-service attacks, injecting malicious code, or otherwise degrading service availability.
- Impersonating other users, the AEXI team, or third parties.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform in a manner that degrades performance.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
AEXI reserves the right to block addresses associated with suspicious or sanctioned activity, and to refuse or reverse exchanges where required by applicable law.
7. Fees & Pricing
Stablecoin Exchange fees are tiered by amount and shown before you confirm an exchange:
- $15 – $999: $3 fixed fee
- $1,000 – $9,999: 0.2%
- $10,000 – $49,999: 0.15%
- $50,000 – $100,000: 0.1%
Swap & Bridge routes may include network gas fees, protocol fees, and bridge fees charged by third-party liquidity providers. AEXI's AI routing selects routes to minimize total cost.
AEXI may adjust fees at any time; the fee displayed at confirmation is the applicable fee. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been executed on-chain, except where required by applicable law or where a Stablecoin Exchange refund applies under the AML/KYC Policy.
8. Risk Disclosure
Using the Platform involves significant risk. You acknowledge that:
- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly; swaps and exchanges may be subject to slippage.
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, failed transactions, or bugs.
- Smart contracts and bridge protocols may contain vulnerabilities or be subject to exploits.
- Cross-chain bridges carry bridging risk; funds in transit depend on the security of third-party bridge protocols.
- Regulatory changes may affect the legality, value, or availability of digital assets.
- Stablecoin Exchange payments may be reversed or refunded if AML screening identifies the deposit wallet as high-risk (score above 50%).
- You are solely responsible for the outcomes of your transactions. AEXI is an aggregator, not a counterparty, broker, or custodian.
9. Stablecoin Exchange — Specific Terms
In addition to the general terms above, Stablecoin Exchange is subject to the following:
- AML compliance: All deposits must pass AML screening via amlbot.com with a risk score of 50% or lower. You must complete the AML check no later than three (3) minutes before payment.
- Refund policy: Wallets flagged with high-risk AML scores are rejected. Refunds are issued to the originating wallet within three (3) business days, minus network fees. No refund will be processed without wallet confirmation through the contact form.
- Video verification: For elevated-risk cases, you may be asked to provide an unedited video showing wallet access from start of video. For sanctioned exchanges, a video showing proof of account access and deposit screen is required.
- Account freeze: AEXI may freeze an exchange for up to ninety (90) business days pending compliance review.
- No account required: Stablecoin Exchange does not require account creation. Each check is individual, even for the same wallet.
- Purpose: Stablecoin Exchange is designed for confidential payments.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AEXI does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that routing results, rates, or quotes will be accurate, complete, or timely. Information displayed on the Platform, including prices, liquidity, and route estimates, is provided for informational purposes and sourced from third parties.
AEXI is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party information, including AML risk scores provided by amlbot.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEXI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes losses from failed transactions, price slippage, network delays, bridge exploits, or third-party provider failures.
In no event shall AEXI's total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to AEXI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEXI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your use of the Platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, code, design, and documentation on the Platform are the intellectual property of AEXI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent.
AEXI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Arbiscan, Polygonscan), wallet providers (MetaMask, Reown AppKit / WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet), liquidity and bridge providers (LI.FI and its partners), and AML screening services (amlbot.com). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
AEXI merely facilitates your interaction with these third parties and assumes no responsibility for their conduct, availability, accuracy, or restrictions.
14. Service Availability
AEXI strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. AEXI shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
AEXI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
15. Force Majeure
AEXI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, blockchain network congestion, or actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AML/KYC Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AEXI regarding the use of the Platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from AEXI. AEXI may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
20. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or engagement in suspicious activity. Upon termination, sections that by their nature survive — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will remain in effect.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus for any dispute arising out of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
